kvirc-modules software package provides KVIrc (IRC client) modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kvirc-modules
kvirc-modules is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kvirc-modules package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kvirc-modules *
You will get with kvirc-modules package name, version, architecture and description in a table
